This week we find ourselves house sitting in Thailand. We arrived on Koh Phayam, a stunning island in southern Thailand near the Burmese border. This island is tiny with no cars and just 500 residents. It is idyllic and friendly, with lots of great places to eat, nice hikes into the jungle and viewpoints as well as a stunning 3km beach and many smaller ones which are nearly empty of people. It’s certainly paradise!
